This page restates the cancellation policy sections of our Terms & Conditions, which govern if the two ever differ.
LLC Formation Orders
We begin work promptly, typically submitting filings to the state within one hour of receiving an order, and government fees are non-refundable once a filing is submitted. For that reason, we will refund our service fee for an order that has not yet been submitted to the state, less any costs already incurred. Once a filing has been submitted, the order is non-refundable. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable law.
Registered Agent Subscription
Each customer enrolled in this service has elected to have us arrange registered agent services through a third-party provider. The registered agent service helps protect customer privacy by using the registered agent’s address on applicable public filings and provides a designated recipient for important corporate documents and legal notices; it does not guarantee anonymous LLC ownership. Purchasing this service through us is optional and may be canceled at any time by emailing support@llc-registration.org. Cancellation does not remove any legal obligation to maintain a registered agent.
Automatic Renewal
Your registered agent service subscription renews automatically each year until canceled. The annual renewal fee ranges from $179.99 to $199.99, plus applicable taxes. Your exact renewal amount, first recurring payment date, and annual billing frequency are disclosed before you authorize payment and included in your confirmation. Additionally we will email you before your renewal date to remind you of your registered agent subscription and an option to cancel it if you choose to do so.
How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time by emailing support@llc-registration.org with your order number or account email. No cancellation fee applies.
To stop your next scheduled renewal, we must receive your cancellation request at least 2 days before your subscription anniversary. Your request takes effect for future renewals when received. Our processing or confirmation time will not extend your billing obligation. We will email you confirmation of your cancellation.
Service After Cancellation
Your registered agent service will remain available through the end of your paid service period unless you request earlier termination. No further subscription charges will be made unless you separately authorize a new subscription.
Refunds
Registered agent subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
When you submit a cancellation request, automatic renewal will be disabled immediately, and no future subscription charges will occur. Your registered agent service will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period unless an earlier termination or replacement agent is filed with the state. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-term cancellations.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
Changes to Subscription Terms
We will provide advance notice of changes to subscription pricing or other material renewal terms and obtain additional consent where required by applicable law. You may cancel before any change takes effect.
